About the Role

We are looking for an experienced ServiceNow Business Process Consultant (BPC) to help clients optimize business processes and translate their business requirements into effective ServiceNow solutions. The ideal candidate will have strong ServiceNow platform knowledge, excellent stakeholder-management skills, and experience working across ServiceNow implementations and process transformations.

Key Responsibilities
- Work closely with clients and stakeholders to understand business requirements, pain points, and process objectives.
- Analyze existing business processes and identify opportunities for improvement and automation.
- Translate business requirements into ServiceNow functional requirements, user stories, and solution designs.
- Lead requirement-gathering workshops and process-mapping sessions.
- Configure and validate ServiceNow solutions in collaboration with technical teams.




- Work across ServiceNow modules such as ITSM, CSM, HRSD, ITOM, or SecOps.
- Create process flows, functional specifications, acceptance criteria, and supporting documentation.
- Collaborate with ServiceNow Developers, Architects, Project Managers, and business stakeholders.
- Support UAT, defect resolution, deployment, and post-go-live activities.
- Ensure ServiceNow solutions follow platform best practices and align with business objectives.
- Provide guidance on process optimization, automation, and ServiceNow capabilities.

Required Skills & Experience
- 4–7 years of experience in ServiceNow consulting/business process consulting.
- Solid understanding of the ServiceNow platform and its capabilities.
- Hands-on experience with at least one or more ServiceNow modules, preferably ITSM, CSM, HRSD, ITOM, or SecOps.
- Strong experience in requirements gathering, process analysis, process mapping, and solution design.
