Role Description The Sales Specialist is a full time, on-site role based in Pune Division. This position is responsible for engaging prospective and existing customers, understanding their travel needs, and recommending suitable packages and services. The Sales Specialist will handle inquiries, conduct follow-ups, and close sales while maintaining accurate records of leads and bookings. Daily tasks include providing customer support,



coordinating with internal teams to ensure smooth trip arrangements, and promoting special offers and itineraries. The role also involves meeting sales targets, participating in training sessions, and contributing feedback to improve sales processes and customer experience.
Qualifications
Candidates should possess strong Communication and Customer Service skills to interact effectively with diverse travelers and build long-term relationships.
Candidates should possess core Sales skills, including lead generation, negotiation, and closing, to achieve and exceed sales targets.
Candidates should possess Training and Sales Management skills to support onboarding, share best practices, and help optimize team performance.
