PEHRAA uses a network of smart sensors—such as door and window contacts, motion detectors, glass-break sensors, and smoke/gas detectors—connected over WiFi with automatic 4G failover for continuous, resilient monitoring. The platform operates as a SaaS-delivered Central Monitoring Station, processing real-time sensor events with SOP-driven rules and human-assisted validation to distinguish genuine threats from noise and deliver verified, timestamped alerts to customers and authorized responders. Designed without cameras or video, PEHRAA is privacy-safe by design and avoids surveillance-related concerns by relying solely on sensor telemetry. Suraksha24 is currently deploying from Ludhiana, with a roadmap to scale sensor coverage and cloud infrastructure for a phased rollout across Punjab and North India,

Role Description The Marketing Assistant – Digital Marketing & Content role is a full time, on-site position based in Ludhiana. This role involves supporting digital marketing campaigns, managing social media and online presence, and assisting in the creation of marketing content such as posts, blogs, emails, and basic collateral aligned with product messaging. The person in this role will conduct market research, help gather customer insights, and assist in planning and executing outreach initiatives to build brand awareness and generate leads.
