Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced Senior Ticketing Counsellor with strong expertise in end-to-end airline ticketing and Amadeus GDS. The ideal candidate should be capable of independently handling the complete ticketing cycle, from flight search and fare quotation to booking, ticket issuance, reissuance, cancellation, refunds, and post-ticketing support.
The role will primarily support corporate clients, VVIP travellers, and complex domestic & international travel requirements, while coordinating with airlines and internal teams to ensure seamless travel services.
Key Responsibilities
Handle end-to-end domestic and international air ticketing independently.
Manage flight availability, fare searches, itinerary planning, reservations, and ticket issuance using Amadeus.
Handle PNR creation, modifications, queue management, ticketing and revalidation.
Process reissues, cancellations, refunds, no-shows,



voids, and schedule changes as per airline/GDS rules.
Provide accurate fare quotations, fare rules, baggage information, and travel options to clients.
Handle complex itineraries, multi-city bookings, connections, and corporate travel requirements.
Manage corporate client and VVIP travel arrangements with a high level of confidentiality and professionalism.
Coordinate with airlines, consolidators, and travel partners for fares, confirmations, changes, and special requests.
Monitor and manage Amadeus queues to ensure timely action on bookings and ticketing.
Handle urgent and last-minute travel requirements efficiently.
Maintain accurate records of bookings, tickets, refunds, and client communications.
Coordinate closely with corporate travel, holidays, operations, and finance teams.
Ensure excellent customer service and timely resolution of ticketing-related issues.
