We are looking for a driven and result-oriented International Business Development Executive to join our growing team. If you are confident in international client communication, lead generation, sales outreach, and building long-term business relationships, we would love to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities across international markets.
- Generate qualified leads through LinkedIn, email campaigns, cold calling, networking, and other outbound channels.
- Connect with potential clients, understand their business requirements, and present suitable solutions.
- Manage the complete sales cycle from prospecting and initial outreach to proposal, negotiation, and closure.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with international clients and decision-makers.
- Prepare business proposals, presentations, quotations, and follow-up communications.
- Conduct market and competitor research to identify current industries, regions, and potential accounts.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, opportunities,



and sales activities in the CRM.
- Work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth client onboarding and delivery.
- Consistently achieve assigned lead generation, meeting, pipeline, and revenue targets.
- Participate in virtual meetings and calls with clients across different international time zones.

Required Skills
- Excellent written and verbal English communication.
- Strong business development, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Experience with international sales / business development / client acquisition.
- Strong knowledge of LinkedIn prospecting, cold emailing, and outbound sales strategies.
- Ability to communicate confidently with founders, managers, and senior-level decision-makers.
- Strong follow-up and relationship-management skills.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
