Role Overview
We are looking for a seasoned, number - driven and well-connected Sales Qualified from the Packaging industry for Secondary & Tertiary Packaging solutions for T rasnsit & Storage purposes , with direct relationships with CAPEX decision-makers across South India.
This role requires a strong business contributor who can independently drive revenue, penetrate key accounts, and establish Order Re Order as a preferred returnable packaging solutions partner.
Key Responsibilities
Business Development & Revenue Growth Generate and close outright sales of returnable packaging solutions for Storage & Transit. Drive annual revenue targets across South India. Penetrate Automotive OEMs, Tier-1, Tier-2 suppliers, Electronics, FMCG, Pharma & Industrial sectors. Identify conversion opportunities from wood-to-plastic and expendable-to-returnable packaging.
Sales Pipeline & Account Management Maintain structured Sales pipeline visibility. Deliver monthly forecasting and sales MIS. Convert pilot projects into long-term business.
Relationship Capital & Market Penetration Leverage existing industry network across: Procurement Heads SCM Heads Plant Heads Packaging Engineers Build strategic relationships with CAPEX buyers. Deep-dive into regional
