General Manager – Civil Construction Projects
Location: Bandra, Mumbai | Company: Lloyds Engineering Works Limited
Lead and oversee execution of multiple large-scale civil construction projects from inception to handover.
Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and as per quality and safety standards.
Manage and guide Project Managers, Site Engineers, Planning, Billing,



QS and support teams.
Drive project planning, scheduling, resource allocation and overall execution strategy.
Monitor project progress, MIS, milestones, productivity and critical path activities.
Manage project budgets, cost control, cash flow, procurement and cost optimization.
Oversee tendering, vendor/subcontractor finalization, contracts, claims and variations.
Coordinate effectively with Clients, Architects, Consultants, Vendors and Government Authorities.
Ensure compliance with quality standards, EHS requirements and statutory regulations.
Identify project risks, resolve critical execution issues and implement corrective actions.
Provide regular project, commercial and performance updates to the Directors/Senior Management.
Drive timely commissioning and handover while ensuring client satisfaction and project profitability.
