Role Description The Client Relationship Executive is a full-time, on-site role based in Kochi, responsible for managing and nurturing long-term relationships with clients. Day-to-day tasks include serving as the primary point of contact, understanding client goals, coordinating with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of campaigns and services, and maintaining high levels of client satisfaction.



The role involves tracking project progress, preparing updates and reports, addressing client queries, and proactively identifying opportunities to add value or expand services. The Client Relationship Executive will also support account planning, attend client meetings, gather feedback, and contribute to continuous improvement of service quality and communication processes.
Qualifications
Strong Business Relationship Management and Client Relations skills to manage accounts and ensure client satisfaction.
Excellent Communication and Relationship Building skills to engage with clients, understand their needs, and collaborate with internal teams.
Proficiency in Account Management, including coordination of deliverables, tracking performance, and maintaining accurate client records.
Ability to work in office in Kochi with a collaborative, client-focused mindset and strong problem-solvi
