About the Role
CreditMantri Finserve Pvt. Ltd is looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused individuals to join our team as Customer Support Executives.
The role involves handling customer queries, understanding their concerns, providing accurate information, and ensuring a smooth and positive customer experience.
This is a customer support role with no sales targets.

Key Responsibilities
Handle customer queries through calls and other communication channels.
Understand customer concerns and provide appropriate solutions.
Assist customers with queries related to products, services, accounts, and processes.
Follow up with customers when required to ensure proper resolution.
Coordinate with internal teams to resolve customer issues.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
Escalate complex issues to the concerned team or supervisor.
Ensure a professional, polite,



and customer-friendly experience.
Meet service-quality and response-time standards.
Mandatory Requirements
Fluency in both Hindi and Telugu is mandatory.
Good communication skills in Hindi and Telugu.
Strong listening and problem-solving skills.
Customer-friendly attitude with patience and empathy.
Basic computer knowledge.
Ability to handle customer queries professionally.
Willingness to work in a fast-paced customer support environment.
No sales targets involved.
Experience
0–5 years of experience in customer support, customer service, BPO, tele calling, tele sales or a related field.
Freshers are also welcome to apply.
Candidates with prior customer-handling experience will have an added advantage.
