Job Title: Portfolio Lead- Credit Cards

Job Purpose

The position will be responsible for owning, strategizing and managing CC portfolio & P&L; for all CC variants within the Millennial & Secured segment as well as leading marketing communications and content strategy. Hold key marketing GTM verticals for new launches as well as manage product changes across elements

Primary Roles & Responsibilities

Managing product positioning, work on increasing card spends/drive regular customer engagements
Complete ownership of customer portfolio p&l; metrics including spends, cross-sell and book growth
Tracking and optimising the segment activation & usage for better profitability
Lead interactions with marketing & campaign team to keep creating novel portfolio & customer engagement campaigns
Lead risk management strategies for the segment & optimise portfolio health
Designing go-to market strategies, enabling the appropriate communication
Own P&L; for all products for Segments

guide and mentor team memers from respective verticals

Secondary Roles & Responsibilities

Build strong relations with internal & external stakeholders
Align closely with Customer Service to build and maintain a robust customer experience
Evaluate & drive promotional plans to ensure that they are consistent with product line and segment’s strategic objective

Key Success

Gain a deep understanding of customer experience, identify and fill gaps
Act as a product evangelist understanding the segment awareness and build an awesome customer experience
Drive and achieve the agreed business plan and P&L; metrics though sales support and interventions
P&L; Profitability, Risk optimisation, Achievement of portfolio metrics

Educational Qualifications

MBA Marketing / Sales and Distribution / Finance

Experience

8+ Years in CC Portfolio/Marketing/Product/preferred mix of CC Product & Marketing experience
