Regional Sales Manager– Project Sales

About the Role
4K Sports Infra is looking for a dynamic and result-oriented sales professional to drive business growth for sports infrastructure projects across the Tamil Nadu region. The role involves identifying opportunities, developing client relationships, presenting customized solutions, and closing projects ranging from sports courts and turfs to large-scale multi-sport facilities.
Key ResponsibilitiesBusiness Development & Lead Generation
Identify and develop new business opportunities across schools, colleges, universities, sports academies, real estate developers, clubs, resorts, corporates, and government institutions.
Build a solid network of architects, consultants, PMCs, contractors, and key decision-makers.
Generate qualified leads through field visits, networking, referrals, and market research.
Project Sales & Solution Selling
Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to project closure.




Understand client requirements and propose customized sports infrastructure solutions.
Present technical and commercial proposals for cricket arenas, football turfs, tennis courts, basketball courts, pickleball courts, multi-sport facilities, and related projects.
Conduct site visits, client meetings, presentations, and negotiations.
Revenue & Target Achievement
Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
Maintain a healthy sales pipeline and ensure consistent conversion of opportunities.
Drive project closures with a strong focus on profitability and customer satisfaction.
Collections & Client Management
Ensure timely collection of advance payments and project milestones.
Coordinate with clients and internal teams to resolve commercial issues.
Develop long-term relationships and generate repeat business opportunities.
Cross-Functional Coordination
Work closely with design, estimation, execution,
