Role Description The Structural Design Engineer will be responsible for designing, analyzing, and detailing structural systems for buildings and infrastructure projects, ensuring safety, compliance, and constructability.



Day-to-day tasks include performing structural analysis, preparing design calculations, developing and reviewing construction drawings and models, and collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to support BIM and digital engineering workflows. The role involves coordinating with architects, engineers, and contractors, resolving design issues, and contributing to continuous improvement of design standards and processes. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Chennai, requiring close collaboration with project teams and alignment with Escher Labs’ digital engineering practices.
