Role overview
The Digital Marketing Manager will lead the company’s digital marketing and social media platforms, driving brand awareness, audience engagement, and qualified lead generation.

Key Responsibilities
1.Strategy & Planning: Develop and execute a time-bound, research-driven digital and social media strategy aligned with core business objectives, with a strong focus on brand growth, audience engagement, and lead generation.

2.Content Creation & Curation: Develop engaging visual and written content, including images and short-form videos, to consistently engage and grow our audience while ensuring all content aligns with the brand’s visual identity, tone of voice, and communication guidelines.

3.Community Engagement & Management: Engage the community by promptly responding to comments, DMs, and brand mentions and also build strategic partnerships with industry influencers, partners, and brand advocates to expand reach and visibility.

4. Business Value & Analytics: Monitor, analyse, and report weekly and monthly KPIs, including engagement, click-through rates, conversions,



and cost per lead. Turn insights into action by continuously optimizing strategies and campaigns based on performance data to improve business outcomes.

Required Skills & Qualifications
1. MBA degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Marketing, Media, or a related field.

5. Ability to manage multiple campaigns and deadlines simultaneously
