Role Description The Technical Writer role at SIA Publishers and Distributors is a full-time, in office position based in Hyderabad. The Technical Writer is responsible for planning, creating, and maintaining clear, accurate, and user-friendly documentation for academic and educational products, including manuals, guides, and supporting materials.



Typical tasks include collaborating with subject matter experts, editors, and production teams to gather information, structuring content to meet target audience needs, and ensuring consistency in style and terminology. The role involves revising and updating existing documentation, performing quality checks on technical content, and aligning materials with curriculum, examination requirements, and organizational standards. The Technical Writer is expected to manage multiple projects, meet publishing deadlines, and contribute to process improvements in documentation and content workflows.
Qualifications
Ability to produce clear and accurate technical content, with strong skills in Technical Writing and Technical Communication.
Experience creating and maintaining Technical Documentation and general Documentation for educational or technical products.
