Prosper Overseas is looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Junior Counselor to join our team. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, a passion for helping students, and an interest in building a career in the overseas education industry.

Key Responsibilities
Counsel students regarding overseas education opportunities.
Understand students' academic backgrounds and career goals.
Guide students through suitable study abroad options and programs.
Follow up with prospective students and maintain regular communication.
Support students throughout the counseling and admission process.
Work towards assigned targets and contribute to team goals.
Maintain accurate records and updates of student interactions.

Requirements
Experience: 0–2 years in Counseling, Sales, Customer Relationship Management,



or a related field.
Freshers with excellent communication skills and a willingness to learn are also encouraged to apply.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Good interpersonal and convincing skills.
Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM systems is an advantage.
