About the Role
We are looking for a high-energy, target-driven HR Recruiter who thrives in fast-paced environments and can drive aggressive hiring mandates across multiple roles. This position demands someone who can own recruitment end-to-end and deliver results under tight timelines.

Key Responsibilities
Drive aggressive hiring across academic, corporate, and operational roles
Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle: sourcing, screening, interviewing, negotiating, and onboarding
Meet and exceed monthly/quarterly hiring targets
Proactively source candidates using job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, databases, and direct outreach
Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future requirements
Conduct preliminary interviews and shortlist candidates with speed and accuracy
Maintain recruitment MIS, trackers, and hiring reports

What We’re Looking For




Master’s degree in HR, Management, or a related discipline
3–5 years of hands-on recruitment experience (volume hiring preferred)
Proven ability to handle pressure and multiple positions simultaneously
Solid sourcing skills and command over LinkedIn & job portals
Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
Self-driven, result-oriented, and comfortable with tight deadlines
