Role Description The Acquisition Manager is a full time, on-site role based in Nashik, focused on driving customer and account acquisition for Ujjivan Small Finance Bank. This role involves identifying and engaging potential customers, promoting banking products and services, and converting leads into active, long-term relationships. The Acquisition Manager will conduct market visits,



build and manage local partner and referral networks, and ensure that onboarding processes are compliant, accurate, and customer-centric. The role also includes tracking daily acquisition targets, preparing reports, coordinating with branch and product teams, and providing feedback on market trends and customer needs to improve offerings and acquisition strategies.
Qualifications

Demonstrated skills in sales, business development, and customer acquisition in financial services or related sectors.
Strong relationship management, negotiation, and communication skills for engaging diverse customer segments.
Ability to analyze local markets, identify opportunities, and execute acquisition campaigns effectively.
Comfort with using basic office productivity tools and bank systems for lead tracking, reporting, and documentation.
