Role Description The Owner role at Maplerise Learning LLP is a full-time, on-site position based in Mumbai. The Owner is responsible for overseeing overall operations, including academic program planning, quality assurance of teaching methodologies, and monitoring student progress. Day-to-day tasks include managing staff and tutors, interacting with parents and students to understand academic needs, and ensuring that personalized learning plans are effectively implemented. The role also involves strategic decision-making, financial oversight,



and development of partnerships or initiatives that enhance IB and IGCSE offerings. The Owner is expected to maintain a student-centered culture that aligns with the organization’s mission of long-term academic success.
Qualifications
Strong leadership, team management, and people development skills.
Experience in academic planning, curriculum oversight, and instructional quality management, preferably in IB or IGCSE.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills for working with students, parents, and staff.
Business and operational management abilities, including planning, budgeting, and process optimization.
Strategic thinking and problem-solving skills to drive growth and academic outcomes.
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Education, Management, or a related field; teaching or tutoring experience is an advantage.
Prior experience in running or managing an educational institution or learning
