The person should have robust experience in:
Mathematical optimization and operations research
Mixed-Integer Programming (MIP/MILP)
Network-flow and routing optimization
Capacity and resource-allocation modelling
Exact algorithms and heuristic methods
Tools such as Python, Pyomo, OR-Tools, Gurobi or CPLEX
The candidate should have Supply Chain Logistics Optimization/Operations research.
Suitable titles: Operations Research Scientist, Optimization Engineer, Decision Scientist, or Supply Chain Optimization Specialist.
