Role Description The Business Development Executive (BDE) role at Elytespark is a full-time, on-site position based in the Greater Bengaluru Area. The BDE is responsible for identifying and engaging prospective learners, corporate clients, and institutional partners, and for promoting Elytespark’s education programs and solutions. Daily activities include generating leads, conducting outreach via calls, emails, and meetings, presenting program offerings, and managing the sales pipeline from initial contact to enrollment or partnership.



The role also involves maintaining strong relationships with existing clients, gathering market insights, and collaborating with internal teams to refine offerings and support marketing campaigns. The ideal candidate is goal-oriented, comfortable with targets, and able to represent Elytespark professionally in all interactions.
Qualifications

Demonstrated skills in sales, lead generation, and client relationship management, with the ability to meet and exceed revenue or enrollment targets.
Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation abilities, including confidence in speaking with diverse stakeholders in person, over the phone, and online.
Basic understanding of education technology, training programs, or the broader edutech sector, with interest in industry-aligned learning solutions.
