Role Description The Human Resources Manager role is a full-time, on-site position based in Kochi. This role is responsible for overseeing end-to-end HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and employee relations. The Human Resources Manager will develop and implement HR policies, support leadership in workforce planning, and ensure compliance with labor laws and company guidelines. Daily activities include managing HR documentation, guiding managers on people-related matters, coordinating training and development initiatives, and nurturing a positive, inclusive workplace culture. The role also involves handling payroll inputs, benefits administration,



and supporting organizational growth in line with Gokhair’s values and business objectives.
Qualifications
Solid expertise in core HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, and performance management.
Experience in HR policy development, HR operations, and compliance with local labor laws and regulations.
Proficiency in HR documentation, HRIS or HR-related software, and basic MS Office tools.
Ability to design and coordinate training, learning, and development programs that support organizational goals.
Excellent communication, conflict resolution, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively across diverse teams.
Demonstrated skills in organizational planning, time management, and handling confidential information with integrity.
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; a relevant postgraduate qualification or HR certification is
