Role Summary

QA/QC Manager to lead quality analysis and compliance functions across raw material intake, in-process testing, and finished goods release, with a solid emphasis on organic certification documentation and traceability systems.

Key Responsibilities
Testing & Analysis
• Oversee protein content analysis (Kjeldahl/Dumas methods/ NIR) for guar meal, roasted guar korma, and related by-products
• Manage quality analysis across raw seed, in-process material, and finished powder and by-product
• Conduct and supervise adulteration testing to detect starch, foreign gums, or other contaminants in incoming raw material.
• Lead raw material arrival analysis — sampling protocols, acceptance/rejection criteria, and coordination with procurement on quality holds

Organic & Traceability Compliance
• Maintain NOP (National Organic Program) and NPOP (National Programme for Organic Production) documentation, ensuring full compliance with organic certification standards




• Manage TraceNet entries and reconciliation for organic supply chain traceability, including farmer group records, harvest data, and chain-of-custody documentation
• Coordinate with certification bodies for organic audits and surveillance visits
• Ensure segregation and documentation integrity between organic and conventional material streams
Quality Systems
• Support and maintain QMS documentation across BRCGS, FSSC 22000, GMP+, Halal, and Kosher standards
• Drive corrective and preventive action (CAPA) processes for internal and third-party audit findings
• Maintain calibration schedules for lab instruments and testing equipment
• Prepare and review Certificates of Analysis (CoA) for shipments

Team & Coordination
• Supervise lab staff and production-floor quality checkpoints
• Liaise with production, procurement, and export teams to resolve quality deviations
