Coliving growth is won on the ground. As Zolo expands its presence across cities, strong field sales execution is critical to driving occupancy, bookings, and revenue.
Customers need to discover the right property, understand the offering, visit the property, and make a decision. This requires a strong local presence, proactive lead generation, disciplined follow-ups, and effective conversion.
Most sales gaps happen because:
Lead generation is inconsistent
Customer follow-ups are missed
Property visit s are not converted effectively
Customer objections are not handled well
Local demand is not actively generated
Sales activity is not tracked consistently
Available beds remain vacant despite potential demand





This role exists to ensure:
Consistent lead generation in the local market
Strong customer engagement and follow-up
Higher property visits and conversions
Active local demand generation
Better occupancy and revenue
Strong sales discipline and execution

If the Associate – Sales is robust:
Lead flow remains healthy
Property visits increase
Conversion improves
Occupancy grows
Revenue targets are achieved

If the role is weak:
Leads are missed
Follow-ups drop
