Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced Visa Consultant with a strong background in visa processing, visa counselling, and immigration documentation. The ideal candidate will handle tourist, business, and other visa categories while ensuring accurate documentation, timely processing, and excellent client service.
Key Responsibilities
Handle visa processing for tourist, business, and other visa categories.
Provide accurate visa counselling and documentation guidance to clients.
Prepare case-specific covering letters and supporting documents.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of visa checklists, procedures, and immigration regulations.
Coordinate with clients, embassies, consulates, and relevant authorities.
Ensure applications are complete, accurate, and presented professionally.
Track applications, maintain records, and follow up on pending cases.




Provide clients with timely updates and professional customer service.
Coordinate with the travel, ticketing, and operations teams to meet client requirements.
Qualifications & Skills
Minimum 3 years of proven experience in visa processing or immigration consultancy.
Robust knowledge of visa filing procedures, documentation, and immigration requirements.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Proficiency in English; knowledge of additional languages is an advantage.
Strong client-handling and counselling skills.
High attention to detail with excellent organizational and time-management skills.
Ability to manage multiple visa cases simultaneously and meet deadlines.
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
Graduate degree in any discipline; relevant visa/immigration certifications are an advantage.
