About the role
GrowthGravy is looking for a proactive, dependable and people-focused HR Manager to build and manage our end-to-end people operations.
This is a hands-on role for someone who can balance employee experience with operational discipline. You will own recruitment, onboarding, attendance, performance management, employee engagement, HR documentation, compliance and exit processes while partnering closely with team leaders and management.
The right candidate will be comfortable working in a dynamic, client-focused agency workplace and will bring structure, accountability and empathy to the way we manage our people.
Key responsibilitiesRecruitment and workforce planning
Partner with department heads to understand hiring requirements and workforce plans.
Prepare job descriptions and manage job postings across suitable platforms.
Source, screen and coordinate interviews with candidates.
Maintain an active recruitment pipeline and hiring tracker.




Manage offer letters, reference checks and joining documentation.
Improve recruitment turnaround time and candidate experience.
Onboarding and employee records
Coordinate the complete onboarding process for new employees.
Ensure employment documents, policies, system access and induction activities are completed on time.
Maintain accurate employee records in the HR management system and internal trackers.
Coordinate probation reviews and employment confirmations.
Ensure role expectations and reporting structures are clearly documented.
Attendance, leave and payroll coordination
Monitor attendance, working hours and leave records.
Follow up on attendance exceptions and policy violations.
Verify monthly attendance and leave data before payroll processing.
Coordinate payroll inputs, salary revisions, incentives, deductions and reimbursements with the relevant team.
