Role Description The Video Editor & Motion Graphics Designer (Ads) role is a full-time hybrid position based in Noida, with some flexibility for work from home. In this role, the team member will plan, edit, and produce high-impact video ads and promotional content for digital channels,



ensuring alignment with campaign objectives and brand guidelines. They will design motion graphics, animations, and visual effects for performance marketing creatives, course promos, and social media assets. The role involves collaborating with marketing and content teams to interpret briefs, develop storyboards, and optimize videos for various platforms and aspect ratios. Day-to-day responsibilities include managing project timelines, organizing media assets, delivering final exports in required formats, and iterating on creatives based on performance data and feedback.

Qualifications
