n Role Overview
n We’re looking for a Sales & Business Development Manager who can drive domestic growth in India while supporting international expansion across GCC, Africa, and Europe. This role blends technical sales , strategic business development , and marketing , offering exposure to high‑value industrial projects and global clients.
n
n Key Responsibilities
n India – Primary Focus
n• Lead technical sales & BD across multiple industrial sectors
n• Build strong relationships with OEMs, EPCs & end‑users




n• Manage pipeline, CRM, forecasting & revenue targets
n• Conduct client meetings, presentations & negotiations
n• Strengthen branding through digital and LinkedIn campaigns
n
n Global – Contributory Focus (EMEA)
n• Support Dubai, UAE office in international lead generation
n• Drive LinkedIn outreach, digital marketing & networking
n• Participate in trade fairs and client visits as required
n
n Ideal Candidate
n• Diploma/Bachelor in Engineering
n • 5–10 years in technical sales/BD (preferably heat exchangers or industrial equipment)
n • Solid communication & negotiation skills
n • CRM + LinkedIn marketing proficiency
n • Willingness to travel; growth‑oriented mindset
