About The Role

is seeking an experienced and highly respected Senior Director – Salesforce Engineering to lead and scale our Salesforce technical organization. This pivotal role involves overseeing technical delivery, architecture governance, talent development, and client-facing technical leadership across a diverse portfolio of Salesforce consulting engagements. The ideal candidate is a hands-on technical leader with extensive Salesforce expertise, proven experience managing large teams, and the ability to operate confidently within complex client and executive environments. Based in Noida, India, this role offers a hybrid work model requiring a minimum of three days per week in the office, with responsibilities extending to US time zones, including evening or night calls as needed. The Senior Director will be instrumental in shaping the technical vision, ensuring high-quality delivery, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement within the Salesforce engineering team.
