Role Description The Senior Recruiter will manage end-to-end recruitment processes to support Proton’s engineering and consulting teams in Thane. This full-time, on-site role includes sourcing candidates, screening resumes, conducting interviews, and coordinating assessments for a range of technical and non-technical positions. The Senior Recruiter will partner closely with hiring managers to define role requirements, develop job descriptions, and ensure timely,
