About The Role
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Archviz Project Coordinator to join our team on a remote basis. This role is designed for a skilled with a strong background in architecture and a passion for architectural visualization.
The ideal candidate will serve as a vital link between international clients—primarily from North America—and our internal production team. Responsibilities include managing communication, reviewing technical drawings, and overseeing the creation of photorealistic 3D renders, VR tours, animations, and technical drawings. This position offers an initial contract of one year, with the possibility of extension based on performance and project requirements. The role requires working during US shift hours (EST/EDT) to align with client needs, ensuring seamless project execution and delivery.
Qualifications
The ideal candidate must possess a Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture (B.Arch) and have a minimum of 3 to 5 years of industry experience in architecture or related fields. Prior experience in project coordination or client-facing roles, especially with international clients from the US and Canada, is highly desirable.
