Role Description The Social Media Manager is a full-time, in office role based in Chennai. The person in this position will manage and grow the company’s presence across social media platforms, including planning and executing campaigns aligned with brand and business goals. Daily responsibilities include developing and scheduling content, optimizing posts for engagement, monitoring performance metrics, and responding to comments and messages in a timely, professional manner. The role involves collaborating with the production and marketing teams to create compelling visual and written content, maintaining a consistent brand voice, and staying up to date with social media trends and best practices.

Qualifications
Candidates should possess skills in Social Media Marketing and Social Media Optimization (SMO) to plan, execute, and optimize campaigns across platforms.




Candidates should possess strong Communication and Writing skills to create clear, engaging, and brand-aligned content.
Candidates should possess skills in Content Strategy to plan editorial calendars and align social media activities with business objectives.
Knowledge of major social media platforms (e.g., Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, LinkedIn) and their best practices.
Ability to analyze social media metrics and translate insights into actionable improvements.
Experience collaborating with creative and production teams in media, entertainment, or related industries is beneficial.
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Media Studies, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
