Role Overview

We are looking for a Pre-Sales Executive to support the real estate sales team by handling lead qualification, understanding customer requirements, project presentations, and coordinating with the sales team to convert qualified leads into site visits and opportunities.
Key Responsibilities





• Handle incoming leads through calls, WhatsApp, email, and digital channels.

• Understand customer requirements, budget, preferences, and purchase timelines.

• Explain project details, specifications, amenities, pricing, and payment plans to prospective customers.

• Qualify leads and identify genuine sales opportunities.

• Schedule and coordinate site visits with the Sales Team.

• Follow up with prospects before and after site visits.

• Maintain and regularly update lead details in the CRM/lead management system.

• Coordinate with Sales, Marketing, and Project teams for accurate information.

• Share project brochures, presentations, floor plans, pricing, and other relevant information with customers.

• Track lead status, site visits, follow-ups, and conversions.

• Prepare regular MIS and reports on lead movement and conversion.
