Role Description The Operations Manager will oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring smooth coordination across projects, supply chains, and internal teams in the plumbing and water management domain. This full-time, on-site role is based in Mumbai. Responsibilities include monitoring project timelines, managing resource allocation, optimizing processes, and maintaining quality standards in line with company and client expectations. The role involves collaborating with partners, consultants, and clients, preparing operational reports, and recommending improvements to enhance efficiency and sustainability. The Operations Manager will also support compliance with industry regulations, manage vendor relationships, and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.

Qualifications
Strong operations management and process optimization skills, with experience in coordinating cross-functional teams.
Knowledge of construction industry practices, particularly in building services, plumbing,



and water management.
Ability to analyze data, prepare reports, and make data-driven decisions to improve cost efficiency and system performance.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills for working with developers, consultants, and contractors.
Proficiency in using productivity and project management tools; familiarity with basic ERP or inventory systems is an advantage.
Bachelor’s degree in engineering, construction management, business administration, or a related field; advanced qualifications are a plus.
Demonstrated ability to work in a hybrid workplace, balancing on-site presence in Mumbai with remote work responsibilities.
Previous experience in an operations or project management role within construction or a related technical field is highly beneficial.
