What You'll Do
HR
Source and screen candidates across job portals (Naukri, LinkedIn, Internshala)
Schedule interviews and coordinate between candidates and hiring managers
Maintain candidate trackers and the internal HR database
Assist with onboarding, documentation, and employee engagement activities
Marketing
Draft and schedule social media content for LinkedIn, Instagram, and X




Support B2B outreach campaigns — list building, email drafting, follow-ups
Help with SEO tasks: keyword research, blog formatting, metadata
Maintain campaign trackers and report weekly performance

Who We're Looking For
Graduate or final-year student in HR, Marketing, Business, or any discipline
Solid written English — you'll be writing job posts and outreach emails
Comfortable with Excel/Google Sheets and Canva
Organized, responsive, and able to manage several threads at once
