About the Role
Salve Maria is looking for an accomplished and hands-on sales leader to take overall responsibility for our sales function and drive the next phase of growth.This is a senior leadership position with direct responsibility for sales performance, conversions, team productivity and revenue growth.

We are looking for someone who has spent a substantial part of their career in sales and understands how to personally drive business as well as lead others to deliver results.The successful candidate will be expected to build a highly accountable, target-driven sales culture and work closely with senior management on the organisation's growth strategy.
Key Responsibilities
Take complete ownership of sales performance and achievement of revenue and enrolment targets.
Lead, manage and develop the sales and student counselling teams.
Set clear individual and team targets, KPIs and performance standards.




Drive improvement in lead-to-enrolment conversion across the organisation.
Regularly analyse the sales funnel, identify performance gaps and implement corrective actions.
Coach Sales Managers, Team Leaders and individual team members to improve productivity and closing performance.
Remain actively involved in the sales process and personally intervene in important or difficult sales situations when required.
Strengthen sales conversations, follow-up practices, objection handling and closing techniques across the team.
Establish a disciplined system of sales reviews, forecasting, CRM usage and performance reporting.
Identify underperformance early and take appropriate coaching, development or performance-management action.
Recruit, train and develop high-performing sales professionals and future sales leaders.
