Role Description This is a full-time, remote Sales Manager role responsible for driving revenue growth and expanding Khashsoft’s client base. The Sales Manager will identify and qualify leads, conduct discovery calls,



and present tailored solutions that align with client requirements in key sectors such as legal, finance, and education. Day-to-day tasks include managing the sales pipeline, preparing proposals and quotations, negotiating contracts, and closing deals in collaboration with technical and delivery teams. The role also involves developing sales strategies, forecasting, tracking performance metrics, and maintaining strong, long-term relationships with clients and partners. The Sales Manager will work closely with leadership to refine go-to-market plans, provide market feedback, and support continuous improvement of offerings and sales processes.
Qualifications

Strong skills in B2B sales, account management, and relationship building, with experience in selling IT or software solutions.
