Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Leader role based in Faridabad. The Leader will be responsible for guiding and managing a team to achieve sales, service, and operational targets for life insurance products. Day-to-day activities include setting clear goals, monitoring performance, coaching team members, and supporting them in customer interactions and policy servicing. The role involves collaborating with internal stakeholders, ensuring adherence to company policies and regulatory guidelines,



and maintaining high standards of customer satisfaction. The Leader will also drive local market initiatives, contribute to process improvements, and support the professional development of team members.
Qualifications
Leadership and team management skills, including the ability to motivate, coach, and develop team members.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills for working with customers, team members, and cross-functional stakeholders.
Sales and customer service capabilities, with a focus on achieving targets and delivering positive customer experiences.
Organizational and problem-solving skills to handle daily operations, resolve issues, and improve processes.
Basic understanding of insurance or financial services; prior experience in life insurance or banking is an advantage.
Ability to work in office in Faridabad and adapt to a dynamic, performance-driven environment.
