Role Description The Business Development Associate (Freshers) role is a full-time, on-site position based in the Greater Bengaluru Area. In this role, the associate supports lead generation activities, identifies potential partners or clients, and assists in presenting Internz Learn’s offerings to educational institutions, organizations,



and individual learners. Daily tasks may include researching market segments, reaching out to prospects via calls, emails, and meetings, maintaining accurate records in CRM tools, and coordinating with the marketing and product teams to align initiatives. The associate also helps prepare proposals, pitch decks, and reports, while following up with leads to convert opportunities into ongoing relationships.
