Role Description The Real Estate Specialist role at Square Yards is a full time, on-site position based in Bengaluru. In this role, the specialist will guide clients through property search and selection, conduct site visits, and provide accurate information on property features,



pricing, and legal aspects. The position involves managing end-to-end transaction processes, coordinating with internal teams and external stakeholders, and maintaining up-to-date knowledge of local market trends and inventory. The Real Estate Specialist will also handle client inquiries, build long-term relationships, and support sales targets through structured follow-ups and professional customer service.
