Role Description As a US CA Sales Executive at Codeyoung, you will focus on promoting and selling Codeyoung’s coding programs to prospective customers in the US, particularly in California. Day-to-day responsibilities include identifying and qualifying leads, conducting sales calls and virtual presentations, explaining program offerings and pricing, and guiding families through the enrollment process. You will maintain accurate records in the CRM, follow up with prospects, meet defined sales targets,



and collaborate with internal teams to refine sales strategies and customer communication. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Bengaluru, requiring close coordination with cross-functional teams and adherence to defined sales processes and performance metrics.
Qualifications
Demonstrated skills in lead generation, prospecting, and consultative selling to individual consumers or families.
Strong communication skills, including clear spoken and written English, with the ability to explain educational products effectively to diverse audiences.
Experience using CRM tools, maintaining detailed sales records, and working with data to track performance and improve conversion rates.
Ability to work with international time zones, particularly US time zones, and manage schedules and follow-ups efficiently.
Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets in an inside sales or education sales workplace.
