Role Description This is a full-time hybrid role for a Business Development Manager, based in Bengaluru South with flexibility for partial work from home. The Business Development Manager will identify and qualify current business opportunities, build and manage a robust sales pipeline, and drive revenue growth across corporate,



educational, and other institutional clients. Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting market research, developing and delivering customized presentations and proposals, managing end-to-end sales cycles, and collaborating with product and operations teams to align solutions with client needs. The role involves nurturing long-term client relationships, negotiating contracts, tracking performance metrics, and providing feedback to refine offerings and go-to-market strategies. The Business Development Manager will represent 1to1help at meetings, events, and industry forums to strengthen brand awareness and expand the company’s reach in the workplace wellbeing space.
