Role Description The Assistant Manager Sales Events is a full-time, on-site role based in Kochi. The role involves driving sales for events and banquets, including prospecting, responding to inquiries, preparing proposals, and conducting client meetings and site visits.



The individual will coordinate event details with internal teams, manage contracts and billing, and ensure smooth execution of events to meet guest expectations and revenue targets. Day-to-day responsibilities include maintaining client relationships, updating sales reports and pipelines, supporting local marketing and promotions, and monitoring competitor activities and market trends. The role also requires close collaboration with the hotel’s operations, front office, and F&B; teams to deliver consistent service standards and support repeat business.
