Role Description The Business Development Manager is a full-time role based in Bengaluru South with a hybrid work arrangement, allowing a mix of on-site meetings and work-from-home flexibility.



This role is responsible for identifying and pursuing recent business opportunities, building and nurturing relationships with corporate clients, and expanding the reach of 1to1help’s wellbeing solutions across sectors. Day-to-day activities include prospecting and qualifying leads, conducting client meetings and product demonstrations, preparing proposals, negotiating contracts, and coordinating with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and delivery. The Business Development Manager will collaborate closely with marketing, product, and operations to align offerings with client needs, track market trends, and provide feedback for continuous improvement. The role also involves maintaining an active sales pipeline, meeting revenue targets, and representing 1to1help at industry events and partner engagements.
