Role Description:
Handle inbound and outbound leads and convert them into qualified opportunities.
Understand clients' requirements, preferences, budget, and timelines.




Conduct client meetings and presentations to explain interior design solutions.
Coordinate with the Design and Operations teams to develop suitable solutions for clients.
Prepare and present quotations and proposals to customers.
Follow up with leads regularly and maintain a healthy sales pipeline.
Negotiate with clients and close residential interior projects.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Maintain accurate lead and customer updates in the CRM.
Build strong relationships with clients and ensure a smooth customer experience throughout the sales process.
Handle customer queries, objections, and concerns professionally.
Keep track of competitors, market trends, pricing, and customer preferences.
Ensure proper handover of confirmed projects to the design and execution teams.
Maintain regular follow-ups with clients until project confirmation and booking.
Qualifications
2–8 years of experience in interior sales / home interiors / mod
