Job Summary:
We are seeking a hands-on Salesforce DevOps Engineer, VP with robust technical
depth and the ability to collaborate with global consultants to deliver and
execute a DevOps roadmap. The ideal candidate has extensive experience building
and operating CI/CD pipelines within the Salesforce ecosystem, a strong
understanding of integrated systems—particularly AWS—and a proven track record
of managing infrastructure and production releases with minimal downtime. This
role requires a balance of hands-on engineering, DevOps strategy execution, and
cross‑functional collaboration.
Key Responsibilities:
* Partner with Salesforce Engineering Leads to create, drive and own yearly
DevOps strategy
* Build a culture of metrics driven DevOps ecosystem – deployment frequency,
pipeline stability
* Design, implement, and maintain scalable CI/CD pipelines for Salesforce using
Jenkins and GitHub Actions
* Build automated deployment workflows enabling continuous integration and
continuous delivery in collaboration with development teams
* Define and implement pipelines as code wherever possible
* Develop automation to identify and remediate configuration and code issues
early in the deliver
