WE’RE HIRING | QUANTITY SURVEYOR
Leafy Realty is looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Quantity Surveyor to join our team and support our construction projects.
Experience: 3–5 Years
Education: B.E. / B.Tech in Civil Engineering
Location: Sarjapur, Bangalore
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Prepare and review BOQs and quantity estimates
• Prepare work orders for labourers and contractors
• Verify site measurements and quantities executed
• Check and certify labour and contractor bills
• Track quantities, variations, and work order balances
• Coordinate with site, project, contractors, and accounts teams
• Maintain accurate records of measurements, BOQs, work orders, and bills
• Support cost control and quantity reconciliation
WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR:
• 3–5 years of relevant experience in Quantity Surveying / Construction
• B.E. / B.Tech in Civil Engineering
• Strong understanding of BOQs, quantity estimation, and site measurements
• Experience in contractor billing, work orders, and quantity reconciliation
• Good documentation and coordination skills
• Solid attention to detail and cost awareness
