About the Role
Lemo OTT is seeking a visionary and growth-driven Chief Executive Officer (CEO) to lead the organization through its next phase of expansion. The ideal candidate should possess a solid background in marketing, brand building, business development, and strategic leadership, with the ability to drive audience growth, content monetization, partnerships, and overall business performance within the media, entertainment, digital content, or OTT ecosystem.
Key Responsibilities
A. Strategic Leadership
Define and execute the company's long-term vision, mission, and growth strategy.
Lead the organization in achieving business, revenue, audience, and brand objectives.
Identify emerging market trends, opportunities, and competitive advantages within the OTT and digital entertainment landscape.
Develop and implement scalable business models to drive sustainable growth.
B. Marketing & Brand Development




Design and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to increase platform visibility and user acquisition.
Build and strengthen the Lemo OTT brand across digital, social, and traditional media channels.
Oversee performance marketing, content marketing, influencer collaborations, and audience engagement initiatives.
Develop campaigns that drive subscriber growth, content consumption, and customer retention.
C. Business Development & Partnerships
Establish strategic partnerships with content creators, production houses, brands, advertisers, and distribution partners.
Identify current revenue streams including subscriptions, advertising, sponsorships, branded content, and partnerships.
Lead negotiations and close high-value commercial agreements.
D. Revenue & Growth Management
