NRole Overview
nRealatte Ventures is looking for a highly driven Performance Marketing skilled with strong experience in managing and optimizing lead generation campaigns. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience working in a digital marketing agency, managing multiple client accounts, and delivering measurable business results.
NKey Responsibilities
nPlan, execute, and optimize lead generation campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, Meta Ads, and other relevant channels.
NManage multiple client campaigns and ensure timely execution and delivery of performance objectives.
NMonitor key metrics including CPL, CAC, ROAS, conversion rates, lead quality, and campaign performance.
NContinuously optimize campaigns, targeting, creatives, landing pages, and budgets to improve results.
NCoordinate with the creative, content, design,



and client servicing teams to develop high-performing campaign strategies.
NConduct audience research, competitor analysis, keyword research, and campaign planning.
NPrepare regular performance reports and provide actionable insights and recommendations.
NWork towards improving lead quality and overall conversion performance, not just generating lead volumes.
NStay updated with the latest trends, platform updates, AI tools, and performance marketing strategies.
NTake ownership of campaign performance and proactively identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
NRequired Skills & Qualifications
N3+ years of experience inPerformance Marketing, preferably within a digital marketing or advertising agency.
NProven experience in managing lead generation campaigns across multiple industries.
NStrong hands-on knowledgeof Google Ads and Meta Ads is mandatory.
NExperience with Google Analytics, GTM, conversion tracking, and reporti
