N n Role- Customer Relationship Manager (Key Accounts Manager) – BPO / Education Consulting
N Location: Chembur, Mumbai (Work from Office)
N Working Hours: Monday to Saturday, 2:00 PM – 11:00 PM
N Experience: Minimum 5 years in a BPO or customer-facing workplace
N Compensation: Up to ₹4,50,000 per annum + attractive commissions and performance bonuses
N n About the Role
NWe are seeking an experienced and dynamic Customer Relationship Manager (Key Accounts Manager) to join our growing education consulting team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in client handling within a BPO or customer service setup, excellent communication skills, and an interest in sales and relationship management.You will play a key role in guiding British and European studentswho aspire to pursue university education, ensuring a smooth and successful admission journey.
N n What will you actually do?
N1.Talk to students
N
- n
- Speak with students over phone/email. N




- Understand their requirements and answer their questions. N
- Keep regular follow-upswith them. N

n2.Convert interested students into admissions
N
- n
- These students are already counselled and interested. N
- Your job is to convincethem to complete the admission. N
- You will have sales/conversion targets . N

n3.Check studentdocuments
N
- n
- Check whether thestudent's profile and documents are complete. N
- Coordinate with the admin team for university applications. N

n4.Coordinate with universities
N
- n
- Submit applications. N
- Communicate with university representatives. N
- Schedule interviews andassessments. N

n5.Help studentsprepare
N
- n
- Guide students before university interviews. N
- Make sure they understand what they need to do. N

n6.Follow up until admission is completed
N
- n
- Once the university gives an offer, coordinate for finance/fe
