About Kloth NKloth is a fashion-tech platform building a faster, smarter, and more interactive way to shop fashion. We combine fashion discovery, AI-powered Tryals (Virtual Try-On), and fast delivery to make the shopping experience more seamless for customers.
NWe're looking for a Customer Support Associate who will be the voice of Kloth and take ownership of the customer experience from the first query to complete resolution.
What You'll Do N

- Handle customer queries across WhatsApp, chat, phone, and other support channels. N
- Help customers with orders, deliveries, payments, cancellations, returns, refunds, and product-related queries. N
- Assist customers with the Tryals / AI Virtual Try-On experience. N
- Respond quickly and accurately while maintaining a friendly and professional tone. N
- Take complete ownershipof customer issues and follow through until resolution. N




- Coordinate with the Operations, Delivery, Product, and Business teams to resolve issues. N
- Proactively communicatewith customers about delays, order updates, or other issues. N
- Identify recurring customer problems and share insights with the internal team. N
- Maintain accurate records of customer queries, complaints, and resolutions. N
- Help improve FAQs, support processes, and customer communication templates. N

What We're Looking Forn

- 1–2 years of experiencein customer support, customer experience, e-commerce, operations, or a similar role. N
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills. N
- Solid problem-solving and ownership mindset. N
- Patient, empathetic, and comfortable handling difficult customer situations. N
- Comfortable communicating with customers over WhatsApp and phone. N
- Good attention to detail. N
- Ability to multitask and prioritize urgent issues.
